2. ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
2.1. To confirm an order for non-ready-to-ship items, a 50% advance payment is required.
2.2. For ready-to-ship items, full payment (100% advance) is required at the time of placing the order.
2.3. Upon placement of an order, a detailed invoice will be issued for your review. It is imperative that you carefully examine the invoice as no claims, amendments, or adjustments will be entertained after its issuance.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving product or pricing inaccuracies, limitations on available quantities, or concerns raised by our credit and fraud prevention department. Additional verification or information may be requested prior to order acceptance. Should an order be cancelled, you will be promptly notified.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
3.1. We generally do not accept exchanges or refunds. However, if you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all shipping and customs charges covered by the customer. After receiving the product, we will investigate and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
4. PRICE AND CONTENT INFORMATION
4.1. While we endeavour to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion.
5. DELIVERY CHARGES
5.1. Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the goods' price, and customs duty and tax charges are payable to the courier company upon delivery.
6. DELIVERY TIMELINES
6.1. “Shamsha Hashwani” is responsible for dispatching your order, but we cannot control any delays caused by our courier partners. If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. As each item is made to order, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any delays.
7. FINAL FITTING AND ALTERATIONS POLICY
7.1. After a final fitting, alterations will not be accepted to maintain the integrity of the design. We advise customers to ensure that all fittings are thoroughly reviewed before final approval.
8. CUSTOM/DUTIES/TAXES
8.1. When ordering from https://www.shamshahashwani.com for delivery overseas, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for Customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary, and cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by Customs Authorities.
9. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
9.1. All of our pieces are designed to be dry clean only. We strongly recommend that customers adhere to these care instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the garment.
9.2. Please note that any damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or any cleaning methods other than dry cleaning will not be covered under our returns or exchange policy. We will not be held liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or damage resulting from improper care.
10. COLLECTION TERMS
10.1. We kindly request that orders be collected within three months from the date of readiness. The brand will not be held liable for any issues arising after this period.
10.2. Once the order has been collected or shipped, no claims or requests for changes will be entertained, as the brand's responsibility is deemed to have concluded at that point.

15.2. Please be aware that sizes may vary slightly due to the silhouette of the design, which may differ from client measurements. As such, we encourage clients to review size charts and measurements carefully before placing an order.
15.3. Design patterns, including but not limited to chikankari, lace, and buttons, are subject to availability and may vary in appearance depending on stock levels and other factors. We reserve the right to make substitutions where necessary to maintain the overall aesthetic of the design.
16. STORE POLICIES
16.1. To maintain a serene and peaceful shopping environment, photography and videography are not permitted within the “Shamsha Hashwani” boutique. We ask that all visitors respect this policy during their visit
16.2. We request all visitors to adhere to a standard of respect and decorum while in our boutique. “Shamsha Hashwani” reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any individual who does not meet the expected conduct standards.
